Icon of the Incarnation (Christ as a Zygote)

As we approach the feast of the Annunciation, I’ve been reflecting on what Christ would’ve looked like in His very first moments — in the earliest stages of development in Mary’s womb, when our Lord was a zygote no bigger than a mustard seed. I don't think I've ever seen Christ depicted so young; typically, icons of the incarnation depict him as a toddler or young child inside Mary's womb. I decided to try my hand at icon writing to create this representation of Christ as a zygote:
